Our Philosophy

Warwick Early Learning Centre acknowledges the traditional landowners and pays respect to their Elders past, present & future.

As Early Childhood professionals and advocates for quality, play based early learning programs, we believe that children can learn and achieve best in a supportive, warm, stimulating environment that allows for the full and healthy development of the individual.

We believe that this can only be achieved by:

  • creating a welcoming, homely environment
  • employing qualified early childhood professionals
  • creating close relationships with families and the wider community
  • valuing the unique contribution of each individual

We incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) principles of 'Being, Belonging and Becoming’ and the National Quality Framework (NQF) in all aspects of our Centre.

We are continually looking for ways to improve and understand that through this reflective process our philosophy, environment, curriculum and knowledge will evolve and develop.

Warwick Early Learning Centre believes in the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child and that child rights are paramount. We believe each child has the right to be cared for in an environment that promotes equality, inclusion and cultural diversity and embrace each of these as learning opportunities.

We believe that children are our future and environmental sustainability is a shared responsibility therefore we invite families to participate and share in supporting children to become environmentally responsive and ‘nurture our future’ together.
